UHP Gas-Sys Technology is focused on delivering ultra-high-purity (UHP) fluid components and gas delivery system solutions for the semiconductor industry
Our R&D center is in Singapore, and our manufacturing facility in Malaysia is expected to be completed by Q3 2026.
